Any single build or fix inside your GHL account: a funnel, a workflow, an integration or a troubleshooting issue. We complete one request before starting the next, so every build gets full attention.

How fast will my requests be done?

It depends on scope. A funnel (VSL, webinar or sales page) typically takes 5–7 business days, a workflow 2–3 business days, and troubleshooting is handled within 24 hours.

When do you work?

We work business days. Urgent issues, like a broken live funnel, booking flow or integration, are handled outside those hours.

When does the turnaround clock start?

Once we have what we need from you, such as logins, copy approval, videos or assets.

Who writes the funnel and sales page copy?

You can provide your own copy, or we can draft it for you. Just fill out a short intake form so we understand your offer and audience, and we’ll send the draft for your review.

How does the content work?

You choose. We create the content and you approve it before anything goes live, or you send us your own content and we design and schedule it. Either way, nothing posts without your approval.

What do I need to film for reels?

Three 60–90 second videos a week, shot on your phone. Most practitioners batch-record a month's worth in one 30-minute session. We send topic prompts so you never have to think about what to say. You send the footage, and we handle editing, captions and scheduling.

What if I don't send videos one week?

We fill those slots with designed posts so your feed stays active. Unused reels don't roll over.

Who is responsible for health claims?

You approve all content before it's published, and final review of any medical or health claims stays with you as the practitioner.

What's the difference between Systems and Growth?

Systems covers your GHL builds, support and troubleshooting. Growth adds weekly done-for-you content, a weekly newsletter, EHR integration and an extra Zoom call each month.

What if I already have automations built?

No problem. We audit what you have, find the gaps and build from where you left off.

Can you build inside my existing GHL account?
